Warm Weather Gourmet

No judging, I'm not a chef, but this quickie salad of tomatoes, cucumber, Parmigiano-Reggiano, red wine vinegar, a small amount of olive oil, plus kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper made my lunch today quite nice in the now-warm New England.

And yes, I'm *trying* to grow tomatoes on my porch.
